Turkish speaking Customer Service Assistant

As a Turkish Customer Advisor you will represent on money transfer company and you will be responsible for answering incoming queries from customers via phone, email and live chat.

Listening to your customers, advising them on money transfers and processing them are part of your daily tasks.

You will also deal with administration, updating and input of data in the customer database.

We are looking for:

Excellent communication skills in Turkish both written and spoken

Good command of English

Highly motivated, driven and adaptable

60 level / 30 euro - food voucher Sim card - local mobile number Medical cover Accommodation - we will cover 1 flight ticket (or any other mean of transport up to 500 EUR) and 2 weeks of hotel accommodation until employee rents his/her own apartment. After renting apartment we will cover 1 month's rent fee + deposit. The package is up to 700 EUR (for rent and deposit). We provide contact to rental agents who help finding appropriate accommodation.
