Swedish speaking Customer Service Assistant

For our client in Bulgaria we are looking for a Swedish speaking Customer Service Assistant.

You will be responsible for answering incoming queries from clients via phone, email and live chat. Listening to the customer, answering their queries in a timely manner, administration, taking ownership of issues and problem solving will be part of your daily tasks.

We are looking for:

Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in Swedish

Good command of English

Excellent listening and problem-solving skills

Computer literate
