Full time employment (open for part-time options)

Full paid training The role:

Taking control of situations and take smart decisions in order to resolve up to game players: email or chat

Understanding customer’s needs so as to be able to deliver the best solution for each of them in line with our key performance indicators

The candidate:

Has good command of both spoken and written English

Has very good level of French language

We offer:

Salary: 1900 – 2000 BGN gross
