Salary: 2500 – 2600 BGN gross

We are looking for candidates who have:

Excellent communication skills in Dutch both written and spoken C1/C2

Good command of English

You will receive incoming queries via phone, email and text message service, where you will answer and solve issues in a timely manner. Processing orders, upselling, scheduling delivery times and administration is part of your daily tasks and responsibilities.

Besides this you will also conduct outbound calls to your regular customers to assist them with their orders.
