As a Recruitment Agency we are looking for candidates that prefer to develop e in automotive industry. Our Client (one of the largest companies in this sector) is looking for BACKUP ENGINEER

ŁódźPosibility to work from home Annual Salary – max 225.000  gross

What you will do:

• Ensure operations to provide backup and storage services to business and supports to other IT teams

• Lead a team of backup and storage team who work together on in-scope areas having multi-culture

• Ensure successful implementation of projects and tasks assigned to the team working closely with project manager

• Analyze and improve global system performance, resource usage, backup success rate and operational processes, monitor and report capabilities

• Seamless communication with business, IT colleagues based on team’s strategy and responsibilities

• Work with compliance and audit teams to fulfill various compliance and audit requests

What you need:

• 5 years’ experience on IT Infrastructure operations

• 2 years’ experience on management of a multi-culture team

• Familiar with ITIL (service management, incident management, change management, etc.)

• Have basic knowledge on storage and backup (especially on EMC products and Commvault as backup solution)

• Follow-up on topics, tasks, projects and backlogs continuousl

• Collaboration and communication skills, and project management is a plus

• English language on a communicative level
